|---|---|---|---|
| Cost per meeting | ~£410 | £500 to £1,200 | £98 to £197, modelled |

Hire: Indeed UK average BDM salary £42,625 plus employer NI and pension; ten held meetings a month is the Bridge Group 2025 SDR median. Ads: WordStream Google Ads benchmarks 2025, business services, at 10 to 20% lead to meeting plus a management fee. Ours: modelled at 15 to 30 meetings a month on the monthly fee, from our own 3-account campaign; your market and offer decide the result. Read Sep 2026.
Bring your average fee to the 1-to-1 and we will show you how many placements it takes to pay for itself.
What counts as a qualified meeting
We only count the ones that count.
A qualified meeting is a booked, diarised conversation with someone who:
- Has hiring authority or direct influence over it, at a company in the market you signed off
- Replied to us and said they were interested
- Was spoken to by our setter, who confirmed what they are hiring and why now
- Turned up, or rebooked (a no-show is chased, not counted)
Every meeting arrives with notes: who they are, what they are hiring, why they said yes, and the thread that got them there.
Your first 90 days.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | Kick-off: your market, your fees, your voice, your targets |
| Day 7 | LinkedIn live on all three profiles |
| Day 14 | Setter and CRM live. Email domains warming |
| Week 4 | Email at full volume |
| Monthly | A review call: what booked, what closed, what we change |
| Day 90 | The straight review: cost per meeting, meetings to clients, what we scale next |
Terms, said once.

Questions
Will this get my LinkedIn restricted?
We run recruiter-safe volumes, you approve every message, and daily caps are enforced by our system.
Is it really my voice?
Yes. It is learned from your own messages, and nothing sends without your OK.
Is this just LinkedIn outreach?
No. LinkedIn is one of seven touches. You are buying qualified meetings, not a message sequence.
How fast does it start?
Kick-off on day one, LinkedIn live by day seven, setter and CRM live by day fourteen.
Do you guarantee placements?
No. We put hiring managers who want to talk in front of you. Winning the role is your craft.
What does it cost?
One plan, one price, agreed on your 1-to-1. Modelled, it works out at £98 to £197 a qualified meeting, against about £410 for a full-time hire and £500 to £1,200 through ads. A 3-month initial term, monthly in advance, ex VAT.
