SPEAK TO MORE PEOPLE THAN YOU HAVE TIME FOR

Every channel a business sells through is growing faster than any team can answer. Agentic sales, an agent that opens the conversation in your voice and hands over the moment it matters, is how a business of any size keeps up. We run it for ourselves and for clients, ahead of the market. Here is where the market is, with the sources.

Where sales teams are

The tools are already in the building.

Salesforce surveyed 4,050 sales professionals, surveyed August to September 2025. Most teams are using AI for something. Half of sellers have already used an agent. The gap is not adoption. It is what happens after the reply lands.

Where the software is going

From almost none to a third, in four years.

Gartner's forecasts for agents inside the software businesses already run. Whatever you sell, your buyers' tools are about to start acting on their own. The businesses that have learned to work alongside agents by then are the ones that keep up.

The scale of it

More messages every year. Fewer of them answered.

The volume of business communication has grown every year on record and is forecast to keep growing. Generative AI arrived in the middle of that curve, not at the start of it. The counters run at the published rates; the chart is the ten-year view with the line where AI came in.

The part the brochures leave out
Gartner also forecasts that over 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027.

On cost, on unclear value, on weak controls. Not on the model. That forecast is the strongest argument we have for how we onboard: one conversion event defined before anything sends, a reply protocol with a clock on it, twenty conversations reviewed by both sides before the agent runs alone, and a written list of the things it is not allowed to say. Most agent projects fail because nobody decided what winning was. We decide it in week one.

What this is for

More conversations that finish.

The case for agents is not more messages. The world has plenty of messages. In one recent audit of a founder's own history, seven in ten conversations that got a reply ended on the prospect's message, unanswered, and under 2% of the people who never replied were ever followed up. Not because the founder did not care. Because one person cannot answer a channel that grows every year.

An agent that opens in your voice, answers the first questions honestly and hands over the moment somebody is interested means more of those conversations reach the end. More people get an answer. More of the right people speak to each other. That is the whole of it. The more a business can communicate, the more it, and the people it serves, prosper.
