Terms of Use

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the SiteEngine Next.js and Sanity template and associated documentation files (the "Template"), to deal in the Template without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Template, and to permit persons to whom the Template is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

Commercial Restriction: The Template, whether in its original form or modified, shall not be sold for commercial gain. This includes but is not limited to:

Direct selling of the Template code
Including the Template in a paid collection or marketplace
Repackaging the Template as a commercial product

This restriction does not prevent:

Using the Template in commercial projects or applications
Providing paid services related to implementing, customizing, or extending the Template
Accepting donations for maintenance or development of projects using the Template

THE TEMPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE TEMPLATE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE TEMPLATE.
