OBJECTION RESPONSE COACH

Objections do not kill deals. Bad responses to objections kill deals: getting defensive, discounting on reflex, or pretending the concern was not raised.

This skill coaches the response pattern that works: acknowledge the objection directly, reframe it with something specific, then make the next step smaller than the one they just refused. Paste the objection and the context; get the thinking and the exact reply.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Classifies the objection: price, timing, trust, incumbent, 'send me more info', or a real mismatch
  • Drafts a reply that acknowledges head-on instead of deflecting
  • Suggests the lower-risk next step to offer instead of repeating the same ask
  • Tells you when the honest answer is that they are right and you should walk

HOW TO USE IT

QUESTIONS

Does it handle 'too expensive'?
Yes, and never with a discount first. It reframes against the cost of the problem, offers proof, and proposes a smaller commitment. Discounting on the first objection trains buyers to object.
What about 'send me more information'?
It treats that as the polite brush-off it usually is: send one specific asset with one direct question attached, never a brochure and a prayer.
Can it learn my recurring objections?
In a session, yes. The AI Sales engine goes further: it logs every objection across your pipeline and learns which responses actually convert for your market.
