What if my client will not be named?
Anonymous works if the descriptor is specific: 'a 12-person recruitment firm in Manchester' is credible, 'a leading company' is not. The skill pushes for the specific descriptor.
What numbers do I need?
One real before/after metric and a timeframe beats five soft ones. If you genuinely have no numbers, it will build the story around a concrete moment instead, and tell you it is weaker.
Where should I use the outputs?
